- Verbal/writing skills a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense and content organization skills

- Proven experience working remotely
- Experience using online collaboration tools such as Skype and Basecamp
- Self-motivation, organization, communication and professionalism
Freelance Developer Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
- Extensive knowledge of WordPress
- Portfolio demonstrating skillset
- References from past employers or clients
- Proven experience working remotely
- Experience using online collaboration tools such as Skype and Basecamp
- Self-motivation, organization, communication and professionalism
